Errors with site or member content

If you spot an issue on our site then we’d really appreciate it if you’d let us know about it so we can get it fixed.

We use an editorial process to check all resources and blog posts before publication, but mistakes can still happen. So do let us know if you think there is an error or an explanation isn't as clear as it could be.

Spelling or grammar mistake?

Please get in touch via  support letting us know so we can fix it as quickly as possible.

Broken Link?

If the page is over a year old it is likely that external links to some sites may no longer work. This is an unavoidable by-product of external sites updating their URL structures or businesses changing their names. If a blog is over a year old there is no need to get in touch to let us know about a broken link.

If it is an internal link that is broken please let us know so we can fix it, regardless of how old the page is.

If the page has been published recently, i.e. in the last month, and you spot an external or internal link that is broken, we would be grateful if you could let us know. Just get in touch via  support.

Image not showing?

If an image is not displaying correctly it may be a problem with your browser. Try checking it in a different browser. If it is still not showing then do please let us know by contacting support so we can fix the issue.

Formatting error?

If you spot an error in the formatting of a page that is negatively affecting your reading experience then do please let us know by contacting  support so we can fix it.  

404 - Page not found

We look to minimise these, but since internal and external links pointing to our pages will change through time some our inevitable. If a search doesn't find what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch and we'll seek to find the most relevant content for you. 

Site unavailable

We monitor our site continuously for downtime - which you may see as a 'white screen' or '500 Internal server error'. Typically if there is a problem with the servers of our hosts we are notified within 15 minutes and most changes should be resolved within that time. For long-outages we will post a messages to our Twitter. 

If there is a longer term error with a page please let us know by contacting support so we can fix it.
